GoerTek Inc. acquiert la majorité des actions de Dynaudio

GoerTek Inc. a leading Hi-Tech consumer electronics company based in Weifang, China, has acquired the majority shares of Dynaudio. Wilfried Ehrenholz, the founder of Dynaudio, will remain as a minority shareholder and continue to participate in Dynaudio´s product and marketing strategy. Dynaudio is a significant player in the international speaker market and over the past 35 years Dynaudio has built a position as the leading high-end brand. Over the years, Dynaudio has been capable of applying its strong competencies within sound to the car industry and leading sound studios all over the world. With the investment of GoerTek Inc. , Dynaudio will be able to accelerate its product development, innovation and growthstrategy and further strengthen its position in the premium audio/speaker market.

Dynaudio´s founder Wilfried Ehrenholz is proud of having secured his life’s work.

Il me semble que les tractations étaient déjà en route depuis un certain temps. L'avenir nous dira si les options choisies tiennent la route par rapport à la philosophie historique de la marque.

Par contre, une preuve de plus que ce n'est plus ici que ça se passe...

N'oublions pas que le client chinois sera de plus en plus exigeant aussi !

Il faut surtout oublier cette vision des chinois qui inondent nos marchés de produits inférieurs !

Et "ici" comme dit Naturel, c'est tout petit !

Paraitrait-il (d'après le représentant de Dynaudio aux states) que le dirigeant de GoerTek est fan de la marque Dynaudio et ne veut rien changer au processus : R&D et fabrication devraient rester au Danemark.
Mais jusques à quand ?

Comme le dit VEYS, les chinois ont des bras, des jambes et une intelligence qui ne laisse planer aucun doute. Si en plus ils ont l'esprit... Nous somme perdu.

Ce qu'il faudrait connaître, c'est le rapport d'activité pour analyser la valeur de chaque branche : Automobile - hifi- audiopro ... ?

Sans compter les services de sous-traitance que Dynaudio fournit (en fabricant des HP par exemple) vis à vis d'autres assembleurs.

On serait peut être très étonnés avec nos quelques petites enceintes

On se rend compte que le coté multinational du groupe est déjà très fort.

Ceci étant, je reste aussi persuadé que nous perdons beaucoup, au niveau de l'économie locale, en vendant tout au chinois...
